I asked this couple what they want their photos to feel like and this is what they said: “ideally like a slice of life, a real snapshot of this moment together while we are still late 20s early 30s, we’ve known each other for a fair amt of time (5 years) so it would be fun to capture our familiarity with each other, but also like would be awesome to capture our relatively new and exciting love for each other before (hopefully) many more years together”

I love this take because this is actually what photoshoots mean to me. A little slice of life. Don’t wait for an important moment. Life is happening, get your pictures taken with the person that matters the most to you! I’m booking fall couple sessions for 2026 right now and I’d love to get you on my schedule.

Getting to know your photographer before the wedding day is so much fun and also sets your wedding photos up for success because you’re comfortable, can get to know each other and the way they take photos. Engagement photos are a plus ;) This time is so exciting and to capture it forever is magical!!!! And the mountains in the summer is hard to beat 😍😍😍

I don’t use AI or any automated culling program. I just love using this program for me to quickly swipe through and check focus and eyes open/closed and what not! Culling is a favorite part of my process because I get to re live your photoshoot!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Making your engagement photos unique to you and your partner- pick a location that means a lot to you!!!! They chose the Slc library because they spend a lot of time there, that’s where they got engaged and they love reading! 📚📖❤️🫶 ❤️
