Let’s talk about the algorithm for a second—because getting out of that black hole? Not exactly a casual stroll. It’s tough. Unless you’ve got a massive, highly engaged following, it can feel like shouting into the void.
I keep hearing “show your work, show your process!”—which sounds great in theory. But in reality, when I’m working, I’m focused on…WORKING. Not filming content about working.
That’s why I’m especially grateful to those of you who take a quick moment to capture a behind-the-scenes clip while I’m photographing your child or loved one. It genuinely helps more people discover my work and connect with a local photographer who’s ready to show up and deliver.
At the end of the day, whether something goes viral or not doesn’t define the effort, care, and attention I put into every session. My priority has always been creating the best photos possible for you—and that part isn’t changing anytime soon.
