Just an all around awesomely fun class of 2027 seniors this year!! AND two sets of twins, to kick it up a notch, too!!

We met up on a sticky late-summer early evening to rock this dual senior sesh {with a few full-family shots thrown in for good measure}. We laughed, nobody cried -except maybe a couple happy tears from Mom!-, and had an good time freezing a moment in time for these graduating brothers.

To have these two {well, all five, if you include the complimentary mini-family shoot that sidecars each senior sesh!} in my viewfinder yet again...how utterly and fantastically fulfilling this job is to me. Repeat clients who become friends who feel like hanging out with family. Simply amazing.

Such a special gift to be given the opportunity to photograph the bond between twins. We scoped out new areas, adventured behind buildings {maybe got a talking to from security ☺️} and laughed our way through our time together. Closing out as the sun dipped beyond the horizon, I'm reminded yet again how much I truly adore and appreciate this job.

Katie came to me all the way from Florida! Can you believe it?!

Okay, mayyyybe not just for me; perhaps more for her grandparent's wedding anniversary and to hang out and catch up with the family...perhaps. ;-)

So why not take advantage and snap her senior pics around their beautiful family farm!? {Looks a tiny bit different than what I assume her Florida hometown looks like, yeah? Yeah. 😆} Plus, we had to sneak the whole family in for good measure. I mean, the more the merrier!!!

Always a pleasure to wonder around outbuildings, meet new friends and walk away feeling a little bit brighter for the time we got to create together!

When these sweet ladies asked about doing a besties sesh, my response was...'Sure...if you're willing to make it at sunrise?' Imagine my laughing surprise when they agreed wholeheartedly and immediately.

Sunrise is *such* a gorgeous time to shoot if you're willing to awaken in the wee dark hours to primp and get ready...and I love that these two were up to the challenge!

Traipsing through tall grasses, spinning on gravel roads, exploring the woods and streams...just having fun, being kids and enjoying time hanging out together. Significant others may come and go, but a girls' best friend can last a lifetime.

Probably should post this *ahem* last years family sesh seeing that our *this years'* sunset extravaganza is lingering only a few short weeks away!?

Senior sessions are in full swing over here and I am LOVING IT!!! 🥰 Wrapped senior #5 earlier this morning and am excited and ready to kick it with more awesome seniors again next week.

There are still a few slots available for summer sessions as well as times in September and October--hit me up sooner than later to get on the calendar!!! :-D

Some sessions you simply show up to and let the morning unfold before you; bonus if the parents are as sweet and chill as Camille & Jake.

Rain pattering gently on the toddler smeared window, pajamas and toy trucks. All the hugs. Window light and new family snuggles.

That's what very best of mornings are made of.
