I’ve been in a season of change—trying to rebuild my routines, take better care of myself, and find my creativity again. Somewhere along the way, doubt got louder than hope, and some of my own choices made the weight heavier.

But maybe I don’t need to have everything figured out right now. Maybe I just need to keep moving, create with what I have, and trust the process.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

Still learning. Still building. Still becoming.

For the past two years, I honestly haven’t been taking care of my body the way I used to. Life got busy, and working out slowly became something I kept putting off.

But lately, I’ve been thinking more about the kind of man I want to become.

I want to be a dad someday who can keep up with his kids, play with them, go on adventures with them, and have the strength and energy to be there for my family.

I’ve also been thinking about what really measures a man. Not just his success, money, or what he can provide, but his discipline, his character, and how well he takes care of the responsibilities he’s been given.

There’s a saying: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.” 🌱

I can’t change the last two years, but I can change what I do from here.

Getting back in shape isn’t just about me. It’s about becoming the kind of husband, future father, and example I want to be.

It’s time to start again. 💪

That applies to more than muscles. Your body, your creativity, your skills—everything needs to be exercised.

Life gets busy with marriage, work, photography, filmmaking, and creating. But I don’t want to lose myself while building everything else.

So, back to Day 1.
Still better than never—or “one day.”

Time to train the body, sharpen the mind, and keep creating. 🎥📸💪

“The Measure of a Man”

There was a season when my uniform defined my days. I clocked in, worked hard, and did what needed to be done. But every weekend, I picked up a camera and quietly chased a different future.

People see the photos now. They don’t always see the years behind them.
The early mornings. The late nights. The weekends. The doubts. The countless moments of choosing discipline over comfort.

At 31, some might call me a late bloomer. I don’t.
Every day, I’m trying to build more than a business, I’m building myself. One book at a time. One lesson at a time. Learning to listen more than I speak. Staying open-minded enough to change when I’m wrong. Breaking habits that keep me small and replacing them with ones that shape the man I want to become.

The Japanese have a saying: “Nana korobi, ya oki”—Fall seven times, stand up eight. Progress isn’t measured by speed. It’s measured by the courage to keep standing.

I’m still working a full-time job. I’m still building my brand. I’m still learning my craft. But success means little if I fail where it matters most.
I want to become a better husband before I become a better businessman. I want to build a strong family before I build a successful company. The love I have for my wife reminds me that ambition without love is empty, and achievement without someone to share it with is incomplete.
So I keep showing up. Not because I’ve made it, but because I refuse to stop becoming. The measure of a man is not found in what he owns, but in what he is willing to become. In his discipline. His humility. His willingness to learn, adapt, and grow. In the promises he keeps, the family he protects, and the character he builds when no one is watching.

The journey isn’t finished.

Neither am I.
