A perfect summer day for these two and their friends and family. The vibes were high all day and there was a dance party happening everywhere you turned throughout the entire day which made my heart so happy! 💃🏻 You can just tell when people are genuinely excited to be there and be a part of a wedding day, and this crew was pumped! I absolutely loved capturing this day and working with this amazing team!

I’m not going to lie. This job is HARD. It’s hard to run your own business. To carry the weight of someone’s most precious memories. To keep track of timelines, shot lists, equipment, all while making people feel at ease and beautiful on a day that tends to bring stress along with it. But with that hard comes the most amazingly rewarding feeling in the world. One that I wouldn’t trade for the world.

I took such a big risk when I started my own business and an even bigger one when I decided to get into weddings. But wow am I so happy I did. Being a part of the most special day of someone’s life is something I never take for granted and it is the best job in the world. There’s just no way you can make me think any differently. I’d choose this hard any day over the hard I was living before. Because this one is more rewarding than anything I’ve ever done before, and I will continue to choose this and choose my clients and their memories day in and day out.

Dolly has always said it best. And best believe I’m out here chasing that honey and I’m not afraid of a little bee sting. 😍🍯

Now back to the editing hole I go so I can share these special memories with everyone 🤍

I love adding in a little editorial flare to portrait sessions, and it doesn’t have to take a long time! We got these shots in about 3 minutes and they were fireeee. Having a photographer who sees the vision before you get in front of the camera will always help your portraits feel like a breeze 👏🏼 And always find someone who hypes you tf up because it’s your wedding day and you should feel AMAZING!! ✨
