I don’t think we realize how quickly childhood slips through our fingers.
One day, they’ll be too big to be carried through the sprinklers. Too old to run barefoot through the grass. Too grown to think a summer afternoon spent getting soaked is the best thing in the world.
But right now, they’re little. Right now, childhood looks like wet hair, dirty feet, belly laughs, chasing bubbles, being scooped up into mom and dad’s arms, and running through the yard without a care in the world.
And this is what I want to capture.
Not just what your family looks like right now, but what childhood felt like. The messy, wild, ordinary, beautiful little moments that you won’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone.
Because someday, these photographs won’t just be pictures. They’ll be a way back to childhood. 🤍
