A little bit of our team, all in one basket!

Congratulations to Ruthie Grigoletti Photography, who won our team gift basket at Intersection’s 15th birthday party. Each team member contributed something that represents who they are, making this prize a fun way to get to know the people behind the work.

Thanks to Ruthie and everyone who joined us at our office for games and plenty of laughs. You helped make our celebration one to remember!

A few favorites from Benson’s Last Bash! 🏍️📸

This one was a little bittersweet! With Benson’s closing its doors at the end of October, Last Bash marked the end of an era.

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph their bike nights and events over the last two years. A huge thank you to Lexi and the entire Benson’s team for trusting me to capture so many fun memories!

Thanks for the memories, Benson’s! Wishing you all the best in your next chapter! ❤️

This evening, the Muncie Maternal Mental Health Coalition hosted its Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Dinner in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day.

It was a beautiful evening filled with love, remembrance, and connection. Families and loved ones came together to honor the little lives lost too soon, share in their grief, and feel a little less alone.

I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to photograph this evening and be a small part of something so meaningful. Thank you to the Maternal Mental Health Coalition for all you do to support families in our community.

Thinking of all the families remembering their little ones today and every day. 💙

September Bike Night at Benson’s 🏍️

This one was a little bittersweet since it was the final Bike Night at Benson’s before they close on October 31. I’ve photographed these events for the past two years, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen this many people there. It was so fun seeing everyone out enjoying the music, bikes, and time together.

One of my favorite moments was when a woman stopped me and asked if I’d photograph her husband’s bike. She had surprised him with it for Father’s Day and was so excited to tell me about it. It turns out it’s a 2025 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Gray Ghost, with only 1,990 made worldwide! I took a few photos, and later that night I printed one and left it on his bike for him to find. ❤️

I’ve really enjoyed photographing Bike Night and other events at Benson’s over the last two years. I’ve loved capturing this community, seeing familiar faces, and I genuinely think the experience has made me a better photographer.

I’ll be back for the final Bash on October 10, and I hope to see lots of familiar faces there! ❤️

Some photos from Round 2 of DWNTWN Idol earlier this month! 🎤

I was truly blown away by how many talented people competed. It was so much fun getting to experience it firsthand and see everyone put themselves out there on stage.

Congratulations to the winners! And honestly, even those who didn’t move on were incredibly talented. There were so many great performances throughout the night.

I love getting out into the community and getting to capture events like this.

Last month I had the privilege of photographing this fun event for Destination: Muncie! 📸

We visited four stops along the Garfield Trail and ended the morning at Cammack Station. It was such a fun excuse to get out into the community, hang out with some tourists visiting from Ohio, and see a different side of places I’ve been to plenty of times before.

I also got to chat with the owner of Cammack Station and hear a little about what’s coming next, including another expansion planned for next year! I always love getting to learn more about the people and places around Muncie while I’m working.

Such a fun morning to photograph! ❤️

This has been weighing on me for a while now.

Over the last year, I’ve become more intentional about not sharing identifiable photos of children on my photography page. As a parent, I’ve also become much more intentional about what I share of my own child online, and I realized I want to extend that same consideration to the children I photograph.

Moving forward, I won’t be posting identifiable photos of children on my public photography page. I’ll also be doing a light cleanup and removing as many previously shared photos as I reasonably can.

This does NOT mean I won’t photograph children! I love family sessions, and many of the events I cover include kids as an important part of the day. Those moments will still be photographed and delivered. For event coverage, organizations may choose to share those photos through their own channels based on their own policies and permissions.

I hope this doesn’t make anyone hesitant to work with me. With how quickly AI and technology are evolving, I simply feel safest controlling what I can, and that starts with what I choose to share on my own page. 🩷

I absolutely loved the opportunity to work with artist Ellen Leigh and photograph her show at the Toolsong Gallery at MadJax!

I really love Ellen’s work and the way she uses familiar objects and materials to create pieces that make you want to stop and take a closer look. There are so many little details to notice, which made it especially fun to photograph.

And her work just fits SO well in this space. The character and industrial feel of MadJax paired so naturally with her pieces, and I loved getting to play with the different angles, textures, details, and surroundings while photographing everything.

I’m so grateful Ellen trusted me to document her show. Getting to work with another local creative and spend time photographing her art was such a fun experience!

I had the privilege of photographing this lovely home dedication for Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity. ❤️

It was so clear throughout the celebration just how loved Dolores is and how many people were excited to celebrate this moment with her. It was an honor to play a small part in such a special day and capture some of the joy surrounding her new home.

Congratulations, Dolores! 🏡
