✨Meet the face behind the screen!✨

Hello Friends!
My name is Kaela and I’m the owner and photographer here on the Golden Road Photographs page! I am a mom, and a passionate photographer, I adore gardening and homesteading too! I have been in love with photography for as long as I can remember, when I was little I’d spend my extra money on those fun little disposable cameras. When the photos were printed, my sisters and I would have such a great time looking through all of the glossy little prints.
When I was eight years old I lost my mother and through the perilous grief journey, I found myself looking in that big hope chest of glossy prints, often; smiling, laughing, crying and above all being grateful I had them when I needed to see those memories again. I believe that is what sparked my interest in photography. Having quality images of yourself and your loved ones, is so important!
My goal when you book with me, is to ensure you are comfortable, confident and above all, that you have a great time! I want you to feel like you’re killing I at all times and those nerves fade away! I love capturing everyone alike, however I thoroughly enjoy empowering women through photos that make them feel confident, and beautiful.

I can’t wait to meet each and every one of you and have a blast capturing those special moments!
