I love creating fun sessions that feel natural and are most-importantly stress-free so they result in candid, lifestyle images that instantly take you back to that joyous moment. You just want photos that reflect your natural self (ya know, the person you are when you don’t have a camera in front of your face), and I’m here to give you that. A moment for the shoes. 🌟

Your details matter to me, and that is where I typically start the day. My process is that whatever you have selected to be in your details bag is what I will photograph, and I will style them in a way that compliments your day and your colors, using a few styling pieces I bring, but mostly working with the environment of your getting ready space. If your florist has any leftover blooms or a small photographer’s packet for styling, I will use them, otherwise I will incorporate what I have and what you have.

Neckeya and Ty’Reek met me for some wedding portraits recently. They got married in an intimate elopement this spring out of town and wanted to take some time for some sweet couple photos together. We chose Wellfield Botanic Gardens for the perfect backdrop to make them stand out surrounded by gorgeous settings.

What an honor to help document this part of their story after having them in front of my lens for engagement photos a few years ago in this same garden setting. 🤍🤍

Sometimes, the best sessions are where you just BE with your family. Doing the things you love to do in a place you love so much. Not really posing, just me documenting and witnessing your own magic in front of me. Family sessions like these bring so much joy into my work and they remind me to enjoy the little moments with my own family. Summer is coming to an end soon, and this session felt like such a nod to a beautiful season.

School is starting for so many folks and schedules are wild right now with back to school, sports practices, orientations, and all the last minute appointments. Just a reminder (to myself just as much because I feel like I was pulling my hair out the last few weeks) to stop and just take a grounding moment to pause with your family and kids and just connect. Life is flying by so fast, it’s so important to savor the little in between moments. Sending love to everyone in this stage of life right now, I feel you and see you. 🤍

What a gorgeous spot for some engagement photos. 🤍 Brittany and Will met me at the Art Institute in Chicago for a beautiful session, and it was so lovely walking around the spaces surrounded by such incredible art. More coming soon, but just a few previews.

Not quite over this maternity session just yet. As soon as I took that first shot with Hayden letting the sun hit her face while she held her baby belly, I knew this one was going to be such a gorgeous session. I know it’s not always easy, growing babies and how it changes your body and comes with all the extra symptoms no one talks about. It’s not always glowing and rainbows and smiles, but by god babe - you are stunning and such a gorgeous picture in these moments. 🤍🤍

Grace and Jimmy are married! What a beautiful and FUN day they had!! The weather was perfect, the colors were stunning, but most importantly these two and their wedding party and family and guests celebrated them in such an incredibly joyful and warm way.
