If you’ve wheeled with me this year in the XJ; you know I’ve been having weird voltage nonsense going on. Looking at the cables I yanked out of this engine bay it’s not super surprising. Can see in the photos where they were rubbed until exposed in multiple places. Big7Kits to the rescue. Went overkill & ordered mine in 2ga wire since I’ve got plans longterm to cover it in TRIGGER Controller powered TYRI Off-Road Lights lights and install a fridge & whatnot down the road ideally. These cables are some of the highest quality parts I’ve ever touched. Made in the USA. They’re affordable for what you get & the speed at which they can make you a custom loomed setup & get it to your door is borderline Amazon level service. Ordered mine to match the orange accents in my headliner & Gladius Offroad badging. Looks so damn good. So much easier to visually see what’s what in the engine bay now too. Owners are great people too. XJ people even.
10/10 experience with JeepCables.com Big7Kits as my voltage gauge is tacked at top dead center now. Just gotta get my alternator replaced with a higher output & it’s off to the races!
