Sometimes you can feel a little lost in your work. In life. In who you are and what you’re creating.
And then you create an image that reminds you.
This is me.
My art doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It doesn’t have to follow a trend or fit perfectly into what everyone else is doing. The things I’m drawn to are the very things that make my work mine.
I’m a sucker for messy hair blowing in the wind.
Dresses that don’t fall perfectly.
Movement. Emotion. Raw beauty.
I’m a sucker for an image that makes you feel something.
I’m a sucker for love.
I’m a sucker for motherhood.
I’m a sucker for life — exactly as it is in that moment.
And when I look at this image, I remember what I crave as an artist: beauty that feels alive.
So maybe my work isn’t for everyone. It doesn’t need to be.
