September is Baby Safety Month. 💛👶
And while we think every month should be, it’s a good reminder of why there are two people and four hands on deck at every Hint of Whimsy Photography newborn session.
Your baby’s safety comes before the photo. Always. 📸
We would never ask a baby to hold an unsafe pose, and many of those sweet, seemingly impossible newborn poses you see are actually composite images, meaning: multiple photographs carefully combined into one. The froggie pose is a perfect example. Baby is supported the entire time, with hands and watchful eyes never leaving them.
Because the magic isn’t in making a baby balance, hang, or hold a pose. It’s in knowing how to create the whimsy safely. ✨
