We got some great shots Friday of this land parcel in Trenton, TN, just south of Gibson County Lake.

Land can be hard to fully understand from the ground, so aerial photos make a big difference. For this property, we also added approximate boundary line overlays to help buyers get a clearer view of the layout, access, and surrounding area.

I wanted to share a little more about Bates Drone Solutions and what we offer.

We help contractors, roofers, realtors, developers, landowners, churches, business owners, and property managers get a better view of their projects and properties through professional aerial imaging.

Our services include:

✅ Real estate, land, and commercial aerials

One thing I’ve learned is that drone work is more than just flying and taking pictures. When drone footage is being used for a business, real estate listing, project, or paid service, it needs to be done legally and safely.

That’s why being FAA Part 107 licensed matters. It means the pilot has been tested on airspace, weather, safety, FAA rules, and commercial drone operations. It also gives clients peace of mind knowing the job is being handled the right way.

It’s also important because the FAA can issue fines for unsafe or unauthorized drone operations. Some violations can reach up to $75,000 per violation, and failure to properly register a drone can carry civil penalties up to $27,500 and criminal penalties up to $250,000. That’s why we don’t cut corners when it comes to safety and compliance.
