Its OBVIOUS that planning an adventure elopement is alooooot easier than planning a wedding (especially with a certain pair of photographers 😁) but we absolutely understand if it still feels super overwhelming!

The best part is: you dont have to have EVERYTHING figured out in order to book with us! We have made it our mission to make the planning process (form start to finish!) as easy and stress-free as possible! How do we do that? With TONS of recommendations, professional insight, and just a bit of chaos for good measure!

We start with helping you pick out a location that feels exactly what you're looking for! After that, we can do a super deep-dive on all the lodging, vendors, best spots to have a ceremony, private dance, or super intimate adventure, and get you to the finish line so you can start booking everything you could ever need!

Sooo, let’s start off by saying we LOVE Arches National Park & Canyonlands National Park. Arches in particular is sooo unique, magical and just honestly gorgeous.

But, we specialize in Moab elopements in wild locations, and while the National Parks can absolutely feel wild, they don’t when there’s 30,000 other people there.

So that’s one of many reasons why we love BLM & National Forests for elopements! Many of the best off-roading trails in Moab are also on BLM land, and it’s truly one of our favorite ways to include adventure in your day while also getting to see places most tourists will never venture to.

And yes, both BLM land and the National Parks do require permits, but as of 2026 Moab BLM land doesn’t require a permit if your total guest count is 6 or less (this includes any vendors and you two as well), so BLM land is perfect for ā€œjust usā€ elopements! We’ve also found that while they both may require permits, the National Parks are far more competitive with permits, so we recommend applying at least 6 months in advance (even up to a year).

Oh and camping, much less competitive at BLM sites than in the national parks from our personal experience (we were able to snag a first come, first served campsite on BLM land, while the National Parks were fully booked)

Plus, you could always explore both BLM land and the National Parks for your Moab elopement experience: day 1 hiking to a hidden mesa or canyon, off-roading to an overlook for sunset where you have your ceremony with no one else around. Then day 2 exploring Arches, including hiking to delicate Arch for sunrise and a picnic by double arch.

We know where the magic is. and when to be there. and trust us, it's going to be unreal. hit the link in our bio and let's start planning your Moab Elopement. ✨
