I had the absolute joy of photographing the sweetest family, and their little boy completely stole my heart. He was the most kind-hearted, welcoming soul I’ve ever met. Full of warmth, curiosity, and the kind of genuine sweetness you just don’t forget. You could feel the love this family shares in every moment, and it made documenting them so effortless and special.

And can we talk about this location… Bywater Lavender Farm is truly something out of a dream. From the soft, romantic lavender fields to the charming nooks and thoughtfully designed spaces, there are SO many beautiful options to explore and use throughout the property. Every corner offers something unique, making each session feel completely one-of-a-kind.

Some weddings feel like a celebration… this one felt like a moment in time you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.

My cousin married her beautiful bride up in Tahoe, surrounded by towering pines, crisp mountain air, and that kind of golden light that makes everything feel a little more magical. But honestly, the scenery had nothing on them. The way they looked at each other steady, soft, completely sure, told you everything you needed to know about the kind of love they’ve built.

It wasn’t just beautiful, it was intentional. Every laugh, every tear, every quiet in-between moment felt real and unfiltered. The kind of day where you don’t feel like a photographer… you feel like you’re witnessing something sacred.

Getting to capture their love, their joy, and the start of this new chapter meant more than I can put into words. This one was personal.
