I know. I KNOW.

It’s August. The kids are barely back in school. It’s 90 degrees outside. Nobody is emotionally prepared to hear Mariah Carey yet.

But hear me out…

This year, Christmas at KSP is getting a little glow-up. ✨

We’re moving away from the rushed, back-to-back mini session feel and creating something a little more special.

More time to actually settle in and enjoy your session.
More room to play, laugh, change outfits, and create something beyond the one obligatory “everyone look at me and smile” Christmas card photo.

And more time on our end, too.

Because these portraits aren’t being rushed out the door in a giant holiday editing marathon. Every image you choose will receive our signature finishing and full retouching, with the time and attention it deserves to become something truly beautiful.

And starting earlier in the year means there’s plenty of breathing room for editing, artwork design, Christmas card designs, and our NEW signature holiday storybook albums—so you can turn your session into something you don’t just display for a season, but treasure for years.

This year’s Christmas sessions will be longer, more personalized, and intentionally limited so we can give each family the kind of experience and finished artwork we want KSP to be known for.

After 10 years of running Kaitlyn Silvestri Photography, I’ve come to a realization…

I can’t do it all by myself anymore.

For years, this studio has been a one-woman show. I’ve been the photographer, editor, social media manager, customer service representative, scheduler, marketer, salesperson, cleaner, designer, problem solver, and everything in between.

Lately, I’ve been feeling the need for a fresh perspective. New energy. New ideas. Someone who can see opportunities that I might be missing while I’m busy wearing all the other hats.

So I’m looking for the right person to join me.

Not as a photographer. Not as an editor.

I’m looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, marketing, sales, social media, networking, and helping a business grow.

This might be the perfect fit for a stay-at-home mom looking for something flexible, a former sales professional, a small business owner looking for a side opportunity, or someone who simply loves helping good businesses thrive.

My dream person is someone who gets excited about:
• Growing a brand
• Building community relationships
• Following up with potential clients
• Creating marketing ideas
• Helping increase bookings and sales
• Making sure our clients have an incredible experience from start to finish

I’ll handle the photography and creative side.

I need someone who wants to help grow the business.

This position will be commission-based, with the opportunity to grow as the studio grows.
