After 10 years of running Kaitlyn Silvestri Photography, I’ve come to a realization…

I can’t do it all by myself anymore.

For years, this studio has been a one-woman show. I’ve been the photographer, editor, social media manager, customer service representative, scheduler, marketer, salesperson, cleaner, designer, problem solver, and everything in between.

Lately, I’ve been feeling the need for a fresh perspective. New energy. New ideas. Someone who can see opportunities that I might be missing while I’m busy wearing all the other hats.

So I’m looking for the right person to join me.

Not as a photographer. Not as an editor.

I’m looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, marketing, sales, social media, networking, and helping a business grow.

This might be the perfect fit for a stay-at-home mom looking for something flexible, a former sales professional, a small business owner looking for a side opportunity, or someone who simply loves helping good businesses thrive.

My dream person is someone who gets excited about:
• Growing a brand
• Building community relationships
• Following up with potential clients
• Creating marketing ideas
• Helping increase bookings and sales
• Making sure our clients have an incredible experience from start to finish

I’ll handle the photography and creative side.

I need someone who wants to help grow the business.

This position will be commission-based, with the opportunity to grow as the studio grows.
