๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ฅ๐๐ฎ: Costs ranging from around $400 to over $1,150 per month, often requiring a 6-month minimum commitment. (unofficial cost quote based on a Google search. I did not reach out to Zillow directly) Then, there's the increase in the photographer's fee which could be around $500+ for a moderate 1500-2000 sf home. And that is for homes photographed in the photographer's local market, otherwise, there will be mileage rates to apply.
๐๐๐จ๐ช๐ก๐ฉ๐จ: Do you think the actual conversion from STANDARD to PREMIUM membership "gains" quicker buy/sell conctracts or do you think it soley depends heavily on the market and the agent's follow-up, rather than just the listing type.
With my business experience on following the the analytics of videos for our content (via the YouTube Channel), an average view duration is approximately 0:35 seconds on a 1-1:30 minute video. This makes me think that a person's attention capacity falls short of viewing too much data online. So, with the Premium service that Zillow offers, it is very detailed and inclusive of alot of elements of the home - which (don't underestimate me here, I think it is all really great elements) tends to frequently overwhelm a viewer. Do you think they fall short of viewing all the details when they have viewed the still images or when they have viewed the still images as they roll through a moving timeline?
๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ช๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ: While it may offer better visibility, it does not guarantee a sale. The quality of the home and price are still the primary factors in a sale. And using a real-time Realtor is always the key to selling! I am so interested in knowing if this elevated membership is beneficial. Is it gaining quicker contracts for you? Are you seeing a return on your increased monthly investment?
