I have always admired Dolly Parton for her country roots, beautiful songwriting and loving spirit. But the thing thatā€™s stuck with me the most, has been her gift for telling a story.

We all come from different places, different families, different circumstances, and different walks of life. All those little pieces shape us into the people we become.

And yet here we are in 2026 living in a world where we are all trying to look the same, act the same, dress the same, and fit into the same little box.

We each have our own God-given gifts. Our own little quirks, our own struggles, our own joys and our own outlook on life. We each have a story to tell.

And I believe thereā€™s something beautiful about that.

THESE are the kind of stories I want to tell through my creativity ā€”the ones that make you pause for a moment, remember who you are, where you came from, and what makes you different.

So donā€™t be afraid, be an original and love big!

Because really, what could be more beautiful than that??

This month I was given the lovely opportunity to photograph a wedding in Glenwood, New Mexico. It was an honor to be a part of Kaleb & Gianettaā€™s day and capture such precious memories.

Their day was filled with turquoise details, cowboy hats, beautiful florals and of course the their sweet family!
