"We chose September, Friday the 13th, 2024 as our wedding day because it was the perfect day for our dark and moody theme. We were married on the Mississippi River at Pettibone Resort and had our reception there as well. It was important for us to be on the water as my husband and I have spent our years together here. Our day was more than we could have imagined! Our vendors went above and beyond, the guests all wore black and brought the party, and the food and drinks were delicious. The weather was warm with a gentle breeze all day, and the sunset was something out of a movie. The amount of love we felt from all of our family and friends is something I cannot put into words. It is still surreal how glorious our day was and we are so grateful for all of those who were a part of it...”
