We’re excited to celebrate Maryville College’s Gold Award win in the College Promotional Video category at this year’s Tennessee College Public Relations Association (TCPRA) Communications Awards.

Having worked with Maryville College since the early days of Loch & Key, this recognition feels especially rewarding. This project challenged our team to blend animation, still photography, and storytelling in a fresh and engaging way, resulting in a piece that reflects the energy, opportunity, and experience of higher education at Maryville College. Congratulations to our client and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

We’re proud to share that Loch & Key has earned a GOLD National American Advertising Award for our holiday direct mail campaign.🏆🦕

The American Advertising Awards, hosted by , represent the advertising industry’s largest and most competitive creative competition. After advancing through local and district judging, our campaign was selected as one of only 38 Gold Award winners at the national level.

Even more notably, Loch & Key was the only company in Tennessee to receive a National Gold Award this year.

This recognition reflects the talent, creativity, and dedication of our entire team. What began exactly 15 years ago, in May 2011, as a small Knoxville-based video production company has grown into a creative agency producing work that stands alongside some of the most respected firms in the country.

While awards are never the goal, it’s gratifying to see our great work and talented team recognized on a national stage.

Happy birthday to one of the newest (and already most quick-witted) members of our team, Lauren 🎂

Only three months in, and Lauren has already settled in like she’s been here for years, effortlessly fitting into the rhythm of the team while keeping us on our toes with perfectly timed, left-field quips. She’s insanely talented, moves at lightning speed, and has a way of making even the busiest days feel a little more fun (and a lot more efficient).

When she’s not keeping our marketing team organized and moving forward, you’ll probably find her deep in an online gaming mission, somewhere on a Smoky Mountain trail, or authoring her next book.

Happy birthday to our Director of Production, Ben Fields!

Ben is the kind of person everyone wants on their team and at their campfire. A natural leader and mentor, he's the first to help, and somehow makes solving anything on the fly look easy. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, camping, and enjoying a cold one. Simple guy, big heart, and a slight tendency to be behind an office prank.

When he is not leading the charge on our music festival work, he's pouring that same energy into some exciting projects we can't wait to share.

A proud dad to two awesome daughters and husband to an amazing wife (who we might love just a little more... don't tell him). Thanks for the stories, the laughs, and the farm fresh eggs. We appreciate you, Ben.

She’s constantly juggling a million moving pieces, pushing the company into new territory, and doing it all with intention and care. She stepped in like a missing puzzle piece, bringing strong SEO knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, creative instincts, and a fresh Meta certification to match. A fast learner, detail oriented, and driven by data. Exactly who we need for our paid social strategy.

Carlin is not all numbers. She brings a calm, easygoing energy that helps balance our fast paced days. And she has a really good eye for style.

Outside of work, you can find her checking out the newest restaurants, hiking, staying active, or on the soccer field. She also has three dogs, and our office dogs can’t wait for their first play date.
