There's a line from an old movie that says something like, 'I've been taking pictures all my life, long before I had a camera'. While I no longer remember the movie, this sentiment has always stayed with me. Picking up a camera only helped me focus. When I look through the viewfinder all the other distractions around me begin to fall away. It's an opportunity to see the unseen and capture the unex
pected. It transports me into a single fleeting moment that will be gone in the click of a shutter. I am a photographer of all things and located in Southern Utah. From your life and work to the beautiful land that surrounds us, I love capturing it all. If you are interested in scheduling a photoshoot or chatting about a project, please send me a message. When I'm not off photographing landscapes, family's smiling faces, or making the World's Best Assistant to the Photographer carry me or my camera bag, I combine my passion for photography and volunteering and donate my time and services to non-profits. Do you have a non-profit that is in need of photography services? Please reach out and let's plan something together! Thank you for visiting. I hope to hear from you soon. Stacy Cox

P.S. Misozi (pronounced me-soh-zee), was my Zambian name while I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Country of Zambia. Stacy was difficult to pronounce so I chose a local name. Misozi is Chichewa for tears.
