I’ve been a little quiet over here lately, and truthfully… it’s because I needed to step back and reconnect with myself outside of constantly saying “yes” to everything and everyone.

Somewhere along the way, between motherhood, running a business, editing late nights, and trying to please everyone, I lost parts of myself. And as much as I love photography with my whole heart, being a mom will always come first for me. Always.

I’ve learned that slowing down doesn’t mean giving up... but sometimes it means protecting your peace, your family, and the version of yourself that deserves to be present too.

So if I’ve been a little more internal, selective with bookings, or quieter online lately… this is why. I’m finding my balance again. Creating from a place of passion instead of pressure.

But with that said, I’m still here, camera in one hand, and a coffee in the other. 🤍

My calendar is open for some summer and fall sessions, and I’d love nothing more to document this season of life for you and your family.

Come join in on the fun at our scramble on Friday July 31st at Great Bear Golf Club! Registration is at 9:00 and tee time is at 10:00 with an Italian buffet to follow. There will be amazing raffle baskets to win, 50/50, games, prizes and shirt sales.

I went to school with both of them, and they’ve always been two of the most genuine, kind people.

So getting to watch them build a life like this… and capture it… it just means a little more 🥹🤍

There’s something really special about seeing two good people find a love like this.

Anyone else love watching people you grew up with end up exactly where they’re meant to be? ⬇️
