If you’ve been around here for a while, you already KNOW how much we love our girls over at Faithful Florals.

At this point, we’ve worked with them so many times that they’re basically part of the Pompy family, and for VERY good reason.

They’ve done the floral install in our hair and makeup room, our spring set last year, the florals for our grand opening in the new studio, and we even have one of their bouquets in our client closet that our brides CONSTANTLY mistake for real flowers. That’s how good they are.

Well then our tub set felt like she needed a little glow up. We knew we wanted something that felt organic, a little wild, like the flowers had just naturally grown their way around the tub. Not too structured or perfectly placed, but still intentional and absolutely gorgeous.

We found some inspiration, and knew exactly who to call. We sent over our vision, and let them do what they do best.

AND WOULD YOU JUST LOOK AT THIS?! 😭😍

They absolutely nailed it.

The way the florals frame the tub, the texture, the movement, the little pops of color. It’s everything we wanted and then some.

And getting to photograph our clients surrounded by all this gorgeousness?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

We had to give some love to the incredibly talented women who helped bring this set to life.

It happens when you walk into the studio feeling a little nervous, not quite sure what to do with your hands, wondering if you’re going to feel awkward in front of the camera.

And then, little by little, it shifts.

You’re being guided instead of left to figure it out on your own. You’re being celebrated instead of picking yourself apart. You’re being reminded that you don’t have to know how to pose, know your angles, or show up feeling confident before you get here.

You just have to show up.

And during all the laughter, the music, the hype, and those moments when you finally stop worrying about what you look like and start enjoying how you feel, you let yourself take up a little more space.

You start to see yourself differently.

We’ve created a space where you can actually experience yourself without all the usual noise.

THAT is the part we wish we could bottle up and send home with every woman who walks through our doors.

The photos? They’re the evidence. They’re something you can hold onto long after your session is over, a reminder of how you felt, what you discovered in yourself, and what was already there all along.

That’s what makes a Pompy experience so much bigger than pretty pictures 💋

When was the last time you got to just be YOU? 🤍

Not somebody’s mom, somebody’s wife, the one who keeps everything running, the one everyone comes to when they need something. Just you.

School drop offs, work deadlines, and keeping all the little pieces of life together, it can get really easy to forget that there’s a whole woman underneath all those roles.

A woman with her own dreams, her own desires, her own version of herself that maybe hasn’t gotten much attention lately.

And listen, you can absolutely love your life and the people in it while still missing parts of yourself. Those two things can exist together.

That’s one of the reasons I love bo***ir so much. It gives you permission to step outside of your everyday roles for a little while and see yourself through a different lens. No one needs you to pack a lunch, answer an email, solve a problem, or take care of them. For once, you get to be the one being taken care of. The one being celebrated. The one who gets to take up space.

And maybe you walk away feeling sexier than you have in years. Maybe you rediscover a little confidence you didn’t realize you’d been missing. Or maybe you simply remember that YOU are still in there, and she’s pretty incredible, too. 🥹

Okay, but can we talk about how GOOD these turned out?! 😮‍💨🔥

I shared a little peek from this session the other day, and had to come back to show you some of the final shots 👀

One thing about US and bo***ir is how much room there is to make a session feel like YOU. We can go soft and romantic, bold and sultry, playful and a little sassy, or go outside in a fur coat with a hat luggage and in the rain. There’s no one way it’s supposed to look, and thats the whole damn point!

And this client? She understood the assignment.

When I tell yall I even sacrificed my phone screen for this session because those outdoor shots were everryyyyything! Gusts of wind be damned!! 🤣
