My very first lighting and photo assistant just got married—and it was such a full-circle moment. I’ve known Sydney and her family for over 20 years. As a young teen, she tagged along to my sessions, carrying gear and soaking it all in. Before long, she was second shooting weddings by my side, growing in both skill and confidence.

In my mind, she’ll always be that bright-eyed little girl who loved photography… but here she is now, a beautiful, married woman.

Sydney, it’s been such an honor to watch you grow—from preschooler to photographer to wife. I’m so blessed to have witnessed your journey and to see you and Wes step into this new season together, building a Godly marriage rooted in love and purpose. ❤️ Sydney Johnson

Mini Session FAQ:

Q: If my mini session is downtown, where will we park?
A: Downtown mini sessions have ample parking and options for different types of urban looks in one 20 minute time slot. We will shoot in the early evening hours so we will not need to pay for parking.
