Oh boy, I saw these clouds lingering and knew it was going to be lit! Took my birdie buggie a few holes up to the lake between the 4th & 5th holes of the Big Rock Golf Course at Indian Springs (I have homes for sale with similar views! - Call me!)!
Tonight was so special, I got a little duck and spot on tonights news! Thank you Katie!!!! Was SUPER LUCKY the sprinklers didnt come on to soak me and my gear, but you can see them starting at the end!!

Rocket launches never get old. They just facinate me to no end.
Last nights launch 4-22-26 @ 8:23pm taken from the Big Rock Golf Course in Indio, CA - The delay made it a little late for the big plumes in the sky, but as the rocket got higher, it started to catch the sun. Enjoy and enjoy your day. Its the launching pad for the rest of your life! Make the best of it!

Fargo Road 4/9/26 - One of my favorite quick-n-easy vistas from the valley floor. Been trying to get a rocket launch from here for a while, almost happend for Coachella last night, but it was delayed until 10p of which is too late to light up the sky. There's always next time...

Went out revisiting one of my favorite spots to peek at "Day Zero" of Coachella, the day the campers check in and the partying begins. The clouds were thick when I left so I was not expecting much, but man, the Coachella Valley never disappoints.
