Hey there, amazing clients! While I'm in the midst of closing out my 2025 galleries and getting geared up for 2026, I think now is the perfect time to have a quick, grown-up chat--the kind where we're all smiling but totally serious underneath 😁 👇

Ghosting is not cool. Stealing is not cool (not to mention, illegal). Unfortunately, I've had to deal with these issues several times this year, so here's a polite reminder:

✅If plans change, just let me know. A quick 10 second text ("Hey, life exploded, can we reschedule?) saves everyone heartache.

✅If you need to cancel, please don't vanish into the void. I'm holding your date and turning away other lovely clients because I'm excited to work with YOU!

✅Taking screenshots of copyrighted work (all images taken by me are copyrighted to me) is theft. Removing watermarks is theft. Printing images you haven't purchased is theft.

✅Invoices aren't optional side-quests. I feel like this is self-explanatory, but 🤷‍♀️

✅Radio-silence feels personal, even when it's not. A simple reply keeps the good vibes flowing and the working relationship healthy.

I'm not mad. I try to do the best I can as a small business owner. I stay up LATE editing galleries, answering texts, and planning sessions. In order for me to provide the best possible service to you, I need communication. It means the WORLD to me when you love your images. I also want to know when you *don't* love them. Send me an email, a text, or give me a call so we can discuss options.

Deal? Cool. That ends my TED-Talk. I'd say, "Let's hug it out," but honestly? Not a hugger. 😆
