The kind of smile that takes over his whole face. 🥹🤎

One whole year of those tiny teeth, bright blue eyes, busy little hands, and a joy that seems to follow him everywhere. And when it came time for cake, he skipped the hands altogether and went face-first—which honestly felt perfectly fitting for this happy little guy. 😂🎂

Right now, he is still her baby.

The one reaching for her hand, kissing her belly, and trying to understand that there is a little sister growing inside. Soon, she’ll be holding two babies instead of one—but for just a little longer, it’s still the three of them. 🤍

That is what I love most about maternity sessions. They don’t only celebrate the baby who is coming—they preserve the family you are right now, before everything changes in the most beautiful way.

The waiting. The anticipation. The tiny hands on Mama’s belly. The final chapter before a brand-new one begins. 🎀

This is childhood as it really is. 🤍

Bare feet. Bed jumping. Blanket rides down the stairs. Messy hair at the kitchen table. Toys scattered across the floor and a backyard full of imagination.

No coordinating outfits. No perfectly clean rooms. No pressure to sit still and smile at the camera—just a family living, playing, laughing, and loving one another inside the place where their everyday memories are being made.

One day, the toys will be put away. The beds will stay made. The house will become a little quieter. And these wonderfully ordinary days will be the ones they wish they could step back into for just a moment.

That’s what I love about in-home lifestyle sessions: preserving life exactly as it feels right now—beautiful, chaotic, imperfect, and completely theirs. ❤️

I don’t think I’ll ever get over twins. 🥹

Like… God made TWO babies at the same time. Two little hearts beating. Two tiny bodies growing side by side. Two completely different little people, created together from the very beginning.

And then you see them here—already reaching toward each other, sleeping side by side, fitting so naturally together—and it’s just incredible to think about how intentionally God designed every tiny detail of them.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:13

Except this time, He was knitting two. 🤍

What a miracle. What a gift. And what a beautiful thing to get to photograph.

Not every wedding needs hundreds of guests to feel unforgettable.

Sometimes it's just the people who have loved you the longest... a room filled with prayer... hands wrapped around one another... quiet smiles that say everything... a private moment before saying "I do"... and a promise that will last a lifetime.

My favorite weddings aren't defined by how elaborate they are. They're the ones where the love is unmistakable, where every little in-between moment matters just as much as the ceremony itself, and where years from now these photographs will bring them right back to exactly how it all felt.

Congratulations to these two sweet souls. 🤍 Thank you for trusting me to preserve the beginning of your forever. May your marriage always be filled with the same joy, peace, and unwavering love that surrounded you on your wedding day.

These images feel like summer bottled up into a memory. Golden light, bare feet, wildflowers in little hands, and the kind of connection that can't be posed.

One day these children will be grown, the dresses will be packed away, and the path through this field may look different. But photographs have a way of holding onto the ordinary moments that end up meaning everything.

This evening was soft, unhurried, and full of love—the kind that shows up in glances, gentle touches, and simply being together.

Jack is TWO. 🤍🤍

We spent the morning doing all of Jack's favorite things—running wild at the playground, throwing rocks in the creek, getting his shoes soaked, and exploring every inch of the world around him.

Jack is all boy. Fearless. Curious. Full speed ahead. The tiny scar on his forehead peeking through in a few of these photos feels like the perfect representation of this season of life—adventure first, questions later.

He has the bluest eyes, the sweetest curls, and enough charm to melt just about anyone he meets. A future ladies' man, if you ask me. 😉

More than anything, I love watching the way he experiences the world. Every rock is treasure. Every puddle is an opportunity. Every playground is an adventure waiting to happen.

Some sessions stay with me long after I leave.

This one wasn't just about a house. It was about the memories made inside it. The dog who grew old here. The front porch conversations. The trees that watched seasons come and go. The daughter who grew up here. The mother who loved her through every chapter.

As I photographed these moments, I kept thinking about how home is never really the walls around us. Home is the people we love, the memories we make, and the pieces of our hearts we leave behind.

What an honor it was to preserve this season before the page turned to the next chapter. 🤍
