I saw a quote the other day… “the sad part about motherhood is that you’re raising the one person you can’t live without… to live without you.” I’ve been doing senior portraits for awhile, but now that some of my close friends have seniors it is hitting hard. My oldest is in 7th grade and I feel like we will be here before we know it. It seriously goes by in a BLINK. All us moms can do is soak it in as much as we can and prepare them to fly. I know Wyatt’s mom has done an amazing job at both. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead for him. It’s going to be great ✨

What started off as a beautiful, sunny session in downtown Hudson ended with us getting poured on in a creek. I could not have been more relieved that instead of worrying about her hair or dress, Sofia chose to embrace it and dance in the rain 💦 Her laid back attitude will serve her well in life!
