Messages? Tuesday.
Facebook comments? Sounds like a Tuesday problem.
“Quick question?” Absolutely not.

We’ll be back Tuesday, refreshed, recharged, and pretending we didn’t see anything all weekend.

Our Holiday Tradition Sign-Up now has a waitlist option for you!!! No more refreshing every day to see if your spot opened up!

• On your scheduling page of the Santa you want, scroll to the bottom and click Join waitlist.
• Select your preferred date or date range OR choose Any date and join the waitlist for any opening in the next 14 days.
• After selecting a date, choose a preferred time range, or choose Any time.
• You can add up to five additional dates and times to your waitlist request.
• Click Continue and enter your information.
• Click CONFIRM, you’ll receive a waitlist confirmation email.

Once You're On The List:
When an existing appointment is canceled or rescheduled, clients on the waitlist with a matching preferred time slot will receive a text message with a booking link. They can click this link and complete their booking if the time is still available.
NOTE: Everyone meeting the waitlist criteria will receive the text. Receiving the text does NOT guarantee your appt. It is first come first serve.

Let’s take a stroll down Memory Lane, shall we?

The date: December 20, 2019. Santa Paws Night.
30° outside.
Year 2 in the Havertown studio.

And then…

BOOM!!!💥 Transformer blows. LIGHTS OUT.

No resolution in sight. And remember, this was pre-COVID, so the waiting room was FULL, the in-studio viewing areas were FULL, and we had a whole lot of people, pets and Christmas chaos sitting in the dark. 😂

Santa Jim sends Tim to his house to grab a generator.

Behind schedule doesn’t even BEGIN to describe it.

But when I tell you this somehow turned into one of the most fun and memorable nights we ever had…

We sang Christmas carols together by the glow of the emergency exit lights, laughed, made the best of the absolute chaos and just kept going.

And somehow, in the middle of a completely dark studio on a freezing December night, Christmas magic still happened. ❤️🎅🏻🐾

I would LOVE to know who remembers being there that night!
