We took a ride to Scanno to pick up cheese made by Maria Rosaria and family…. It’s called “da Gregorio”, her brother, the artisan of the old world… raising sheep and making fine cheeses. It’s in the middle of nowhere but it’s reachable by car on very windy roads… they also have a restaurant which is open on weekends and always booked 💯 percent.
