Hello everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is enjoying the holiday if you have the day off!

Just a quick note about Santa appointments!

We are currently reaching out to families who have booked multiple appointments. With some of our Santas having very limited availability left, we want to make sure we’re not holding spots that could be available to other families. If you have multiple appointments booked, you should receive an email or text asking which appointment you would like to keep. This correspondence will notify you of the duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate and we will give you time to respond, but if we don’t hear back, we will keep your earliest appointment and cancel the others.

Now, a little reminder about kindness.

Sometimes families book appointments for friends or relatives using their own information. That’s perfectly fine, but we have no way of predicting this when you book under the same name, email address, phone number, and children’s names.

My staff is simply doing their job by reaching out for clarification. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to respond with sarcasm, rudeness, or disrespect.

The overwhelming majority of our families are wonderful, patient, and understanding, and we truly appreciate that! Unfortunately, there are occasionally responses that leave us having to remind people to treat our staff with basic courtesy. We’re always happy to help, and we will always do our best to work with you. We just ask for that same kindness in return.

After all, we’re trying to spread Christmas cheer, not put anyone on the naughty list! 🎅

Thank you for understanding and for always supporting our DFC family! ❤
Danielle
