Jacob and Molli had a vision for their engagement session, and they absolutely brought it to life.

A summer evening at Stonewall Farms Willmar Mn, the beautiful and iconic place where they'll say “I do” next year, followed by midwest prairie field, golden light and a dreamy evening by the beach.

This session was pure magic from beginning to end. The kind of evening where everything just comes together from their outfits, the light, the locations, the way they look at each other, and all the excitement of knowing this is just the beginning of their lives together.

A special thank you to my sister-in-law, Kelsey James Photography, for documenting this season for these two in their hometown. I already cannot wait to see it all come full circle when I get to celebrate their wedding day next year.

Motherhood begins long before the moment you meet your baby. It begins here.

In the carrying, the waiting, the soft belly kicks, the little rolls and movements inside, and already loving someone you've never held.

There is something so beautiful about documenting this new season where you're becoming a mother while already loving them so deeply.

August is always the month of senior sessions, and this year’s seniors have been such a blast to photograph.

Give me all the girls in a beautiful dress, surrounded by flowers, chasing that dreamy summer light together while creating a little bit of magic.

There must be a baby boom happening because this studio has been filled with the sweetest little babies lately.

Sleepy snuggles. Proud big siblings. New parents completely in awe of the little life they’ve been given.

Every newborn session reminds me why I dreamed of creating this space in the first place. A clean, elevated white studio filled with soft, natural light, a calm environment where the focus isn’t on elaborate props or distractions, but on the connection between a baby and the people who love them most.

What a gift it is to witness the very beginning of so many beautiful stories.

Hello, August. 🤍

One of my favorite months of the year.

Busy weeknights with seniors, planning for upcoming weddings, several newborn snuggles, golden sunsets, and family season just around the corner.

The calendar is full, the evenings are beautiful, and I’ll happily spend every sunset behind my camera, documenting the stories that deserve to be remembered.

This month is going to be busy but so good for my creative soul!

Sometimes I find myself culling through a gallery or editing images and can't help but simply smile.

Not because of the light or the composition, but because I know this moment will matter to someone forever.

July has been full in the very best way.

These two are married!

After a love story that began back in high school, Lindsay and Zander finally tied the knot surrounded by their closest family and friends at Laurel Ridge Barn.

It was the hottest day of the year, but that didn't stop anyone from celebrating. Planes filled the sky throughout the afternoon as the air show soared overhead, adding an unexpected and memorable backdrop to an already incredible day.

What I loved most were all the meaningful details woven throughout their wedding. Every part of the day felt intentional and uniquely them—a beautiful reflection of their relationship and the people they love most.

And perhaps my favorite part of all were the vows they wrote and shared during their ceremony. After years together, they had so many memories to look back on. Their several seasons of long distances, challenges, and countless moments that shaped their story. There wasn't a dry eye in sight as they promised forever to one another.

Lindsay and Zander, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special day. What a joy it was to witness the beginning of this next chapter together.

I am so excited to officially open my Fall Family Session calendar!

I cannot wait to see so many returning families and meet some new ones this season. There is truly nothing better than catching up with your family year after year and documenting how much your children have grown.
