Being behind the camera at the BCA Luncheon this year hit differently 💕

I had the honor of photographing breast cancer survivors as they got ready, quiet moments, deep breaths, nervous smiles, and bursts of laughter before stepping onto the runway.

Four years ago, I was in their shoes, navigating breast cancer myself. Three years ago, I walked this very runway as a Model of Inspiration. Standing on the other side now, camera in hand, was emotional in ways I didn’t fully expect.

These women and men carry strength, resilience, and grace that can’t be styled or staged, it radiates naturally. Capturing that is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for continuing to honor survivorship and hope in such a powerful way. 💗
