Digital eye strain can lead to dryness, headaches, and blurred vision, especially after long periods of screen use.

Try the 20-20-20 rule! Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. And don’t forget to blink and give your eyes time to reset throughout the day.
