Hi, I’m Kristen! 👋🏼 Before I ever picked up a camera, I was down on the floor with a room full of preschoolers.

Turns out that’s the best training I could’ve had for photographing families. I don’t do “everyone look here & smile!” I get down in the chaos with you, follow the moment, & capture what’s actually happening… the real laugh, the mid-spin blur, the way your toddler leans into you without being told to.

10 years & 350+ families later, that’s still the whole philosophy: play first, photos happen naturally.
