No one talks about the Empathy Fatigue & Grief you hold onto after vicarious trauma.

Sometimes it hits you immediately in the chest. Other times, it sneaks up on you while driving home after a great day.

While I am grateful to be an Empath and have always loved that I am "someone easy to talk to", have deep compassion and ability to sense/experience/absorb emotional energies of others.. it can also be severely exhausting.

It's been a rough few days of processing my own traumas and letting my nervous system relax & calm down. But I am FINALLY starting to feel better! 🫶🏼

I initially created this page for my modeling so it could be separate from my personal Facebook. And then I bought a professional camera from a great friend and discovered a whole new love for photography. 🥰

Now this page serves as a little mash up of
both my modeling photos and photos I've taken.

But I realize I have been slacking on posting my photography on here, so that's something I'll be working on soon.
