Moving forward, I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children’s faces on True Leeuw Photography. As this is a public business page, the safety of children and my clients will always be my top priority.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.
That is enough for me to say I will not be a part of the problem. If our government and laws aren’t going to actively protect children from what AI can do with their images, then it becomes my responsibility to protect my families and their kiddos.
So from now on, any photo featuring a child who is not yet in high school, the child’s face will be covered with a sticker, emoji, or other graphic before the image is shared publicly. For minors who are high school age but under 18, photos featuring their face may be shared publicly only with parental or legal guardian consent.
Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns 🤍
Love always, Ashley
