Summer content doesn’t need to be complicated. Some of my best -performing posts, reels and stories were simple and real. Your audience wants consistency more than perfection. Show up. Stay visible. Keep it moving.

Summer is not the time to ghost your audience.
It IS the time to simplify.

People are traveling.
Schedules are weird.

My business started with a $400 slot machine win in Las Vegas.
I was a stay-at-home mom of three boys.
I loved photography and scrapbooking.
But starting a business felt impossible.
During a girls’ trip in 2008, I won $400 on a penny slot machine.
I could have spent it on clothes for my boys or something fun for myself.
Instead… I invested it.
That $400 became the seed money for my first business.
18 years later, I still think about that moment.
Because knowing your worth sometimes begins with a quiet decision:

“I’m going to try.”

I interrupt my social media post hiatus for this very important announcement…

I am beyond grateful for the overwhelming amount of referrals and business I’ve been blessed with this year. It has led to a fully booked calendar through June and a humbled heart.

Pardon the pause in the meantime as I fully concentrate on my client’s branding and portrait experiences. Although I will be sharing things here and there and posting content, I will be taking two months off this summer as I retire my business and focus on some family members.

As always, God has provided for my family and I give all the thanks and praise to HIM for his faithfulness and blessings.
