I had the idea of becoming a photographer 2-3 years ago…

Ive played around in almost EVERY genre, I know my strengths and my weaknesses. ..A year ago I set out to do it full time…Quit my job and all. Boy was I not ready for what would happen next😅

Let’s just say EVERYTHING went to the sh***er, I spent the beginning of the year learning how to walk again. I spent a lot of time just thinking, how I would and could do it better.

Three things made sure I didn’t quit. My beautiful Wife who I owe the world to and I’ll be damned if I don’t get it for her. Wrestling….that community kept me going when I was ready to quit on my dream, they made me feel like they still needed me even if it was on one leg. Lastly the family I’ve created soley through photography, the event coordinators the models, the venue owners, the creatives….THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart ❤️

As I sit here on the other side of the biggest project Chefs Kiss Photography has ever taken on. I’m just glad I didn’t hang up my cow hat & camera straps… if last year’s failures were the price I payed for this year’s success….so be it🙏🏾

You will receive ALL the blame but none of the forward facing perks. Everything you receive that you can enjoy is on the backend. Those first 9 holes 🕳️ is the Opening Ceremony, cameras are out, everyone is having a good time. That back 9 is where Champions are made. The pack has thinned , Hot starts have cooled off and fatigue sets in. Did you look good for the cameras or did you really LOCK IN?
