My studio has been located in the Fairport Village Landing together with the library for over 4 years now. A few months back, I approached them with the idea of creating library themed dog portraits to be added as a permanent display in the library. Together, we brainstormed different aspects of the library that could be featured beyond books, which included cook books, play away audio books, and the children's summer reading program. All of the dogs featured belong to library staff members, making them true library pups! Meet Darcy, French Toast, and Hope! The canvases will be up later this month!
