A bad hoof, a limp, broken antlers… and apparently still looking for trouble. 😂

Watched this bull during the September elk rut in Estes Park. I didn’t think he could move very well, let alone do what he did next.

Never underestimate a bull during the rut.

Just when you think you’ve seen everything in Rocky Mountain National Park…(anyone recognize this spot?)

A cow moose strolls right up to a bugling bull elk and his cow during the rut.

The elk stopped to watch. The moose kept walking.

I think she had somewhere to be. 😂

Excuse the slightly shaky footage! I was about 300 yards away photographing the elk when the moose appeared. I quickly switched to video, handheld with a long lens, and did my best to capture the moment!
