🏈📸 Elkins Middle School Fall Sports Photo Day is Almost Here! 💚🖤

Fall sports photos will be taking place Wednesday, August 17 for:

* Football
* Soccer
* Cheerleading
* Cross Country
* Volleyball

Photo times have been provided directly to each coach.

📋 Order forms should be distributed to athletes by Tuesday. Please complete the form and send it back with your athlete on Wednesday for picture day. Once photos are completed, they will be delivered back to the players to take home.

We look forward to taking the school pictures of Elkins Middle School and their sports this year! 💚🖤

📸 Studio Hours for Next Week | August 17,18,20

The studio will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12:00–3:00 PM for photo order pickups only or anyone wanting to place an order.

Please note that studio hours will change weekly, so be sure to check this page each week before stopping by.

These pickup hours are for anyone needing to pick up completed orders, including:
• Senior portraits
• Graduation photos
• Elkins Little League orders

For seniors who did not have their portrait taken during the past month of in-studio sessions, there will be no additional walk-in studio dates.

As we move into the busy school photography season, all sports photos taken at the schools will be delivered directly to the schools and coaches for distribution to players and students.

📸 Online Photo Ordering is Now Available!

We now have an easy way to place your photo orders online through our new app! This is perfect for anyone who still needs to order school, sports, senior, graduation, or other photos after photos have already been taken.

A few important things to know:

• Photos are not available to view before purchasing. This is the same ordering process as our traditional paper order forms—you will select your package/prints and provide the information needed for me to locate the correct photo.

• Orders cannot be placed for photos that have not been taken yet. Paper order forms will still be handed out before scheduled picture days and are the preferred way to order when possible.

• Studio hours are posted weekly and may change from week to week. Please check our page for the current week’s hours before stopping by for an order pickup.

• Online ordering is simply an additional option for those who weren’t able to order on picture day or would like to place an order later!

2026 GRADUATION PHOTO ORDERS — PLEASE READ

I have expressed this multiple times through several posts, but I need to make it clear again:

If you placed an order for 2026 graduation photos and have not received them yet, it is because they have not been picked up.

I still have a large stack of completed graduation print orders at the studio that have been available for pickup since June.

These orders are not missing, unfinished, or being withheld. I am not keeping anyone’s photos or taking payment without providing their order. The orders have been completed and waiting for pickup, and I have posted multiple times with opportunities to come in and get them.

Please make sure you are checking this page for our weekly studio hours before stopping by. Hours are posted so everyone knows when the studio is open for pickups.

🎉 Good News! We Now Have an App! 📸

Ordering your photos just got even easier!

If you still need to place an order for your school, sports, senior, or other House of Heirlooms photos, you can now do so directly through our new app.

While we still encourage families to use the paper order forms distributed prior to picture day whenever possible, our app is the perfect option for anyone who missed ordering on picture day or would like to place an order afterward.

Simply open the app, choose the appropriate photo category, complete your order, and submit it—all from your phone!
