This gorgeous historic vacation rental in Superior is packed with character, beautiful original details, and so many unique spaces. With 5 large bedrooms spread across three floors, 2 full + 2 half bathrooms, and plenty of space for a large group, this home was made for gathering.

One of my favorite spaces was the grand dining room, which seats 12 beneath a beautiful crystal chandelier! The home also features a modern kitchen, enclosed front porch, backyard deck and fire pit, and cozy living spaces throughout.

And the location is hard to beat! It’s just 12 minutes from downtown Duluth and Lake Superior, 15 minutes from Pattison State Park, and close to tons of hiking trails.

I absolutely love photographing properties like this where every room has something special to capture! 📸✨

I had the opportunity to photograph branding photos for Liv | The Chronic Fighter | Health Coach , founded by Liv to empower teens and young adults navigating chronic illness, invisible illness, and unexplained symptoms.

Liv’s connection to this work is deeply personal. After navigating chronic illness throughout her own life, she turned the lessons and tools she learned along the way into a way to support the next generation of “Fighters” in building meaningful lives alongside chronic illness.

Coming soon, Liv will also be launching The Chronic Fighter Podcast 🎙️ The podcast will feature honest conversations, empowering stories, and science-backed tools focused on mental resilience, nervous system regulation, self-advocacy, and finding purpose beyond illness.

Alongside Liv is her mom, Missy, who supports The Chronic Fighter behind the scenes. I loved creating a collection of branding images that help bring Liv’s story, personality, and the mission behind The Chronic Fighter to life. 🤍✨
