Cold, windy, Lake Superior in the background, and two people who didn’t care about any of it. Leah and Frank were all in. So good to be back shooting at Superior Shores after a few years. It was an awesome day.

Hi Friends,

In the winter of 2025, Borderland Lodge co-owner Dave Catlette (42) was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma, an aggressive cancer that has spread across many bones, organs, muscle tissue, spine and brain.

We're launching a special run of merch this spring to help offset the costs of juggling the operations of our small family lodge with the extensive needs of a co-owner enduring late-stage cancer.
