I always tell seniors that the photos are all about them, but they are FOR their mothers! JaVon understood the assignment. We took advantage of a beautiful fall evening recently to do photos at his great grandmother's awesome property, before hitting a few spots downtown. Have a great senior year JaVon! Back in August Central Station Bar & Grill had the 90s Country band Ricochet in concert as part of their 20th anniversary celebration. It was a great time with friends and fellow country music lovers! Concerts at Central Station, inside or out, big or little, are always a favorite.

Sharing a few of Miss Kansas Volunteer Katharina and Miss Kansas Teen Volunteer Dakota. These are from the shoot just shortly after they were both crowned. We once again turned the hotel conference room into a photo studio and shot for around an hour! 10 dresses, 2 crowns and sashes, 2 new queens, and a lot of fun. More soon! It is funny how things change. I'm still taking photos and still busy, even if it doesn't look like it on facebook.

I'm not in my studio as much as I used to be, but I still take a lot of photos. Just the past 10 days included head shots for a school and a business, a senior, and a few just for fun things. None of it included time in my studio.

This business/industry has been amazing to me for almost 20 years, which is weird to say. I can't believe it has been that long. Seniors, families, weddings, concerts, events, proms, little league, old west photos, pageant queens, and more, all over Kansas. A ton of people met, a million memories, and so many good times.

This isn't a goodbye post, it's just a Sunday morning quiet time reminiscing post. I'm still here, still shooting, still having fun, even if I don't share it on Facebook as much as I used to.
