Five years ago, I had the honor of photographing Jesse and Lalee's family. Back then, their story looked a little different. ❤️

Fast forward five years, and their family has grown with the addition of sweet little Imory. Watching families grow and change over the years is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer.

There is something so beautiful about looking back at old photos and realizing just how much life can happen in a few short years. New memories, new adventures, and new little faces to love.

Today, their family is complete, and I am so grateful to have been trusted to document these milestones along the way. 💛

✨ NEW SERIES: THEN & NOW ✨

One of my favorite things about being a photographer isn't just taking pictures it's getting to watch families grow.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing some of my favorite Then & Now moments from recent clients I've had the honor of photographing through different seasons of life. From maternity sessions to first birthdays, seniors to graduates, and everything in between, these stories are a reminder of just how quickly time flies. 💛

Today's feature is Braxton! ☀️
Braxton was the sweet lil gift we didn’t know we needed in our world. His sweet smile will warm your heart.♥️

THEN ➡️ Braxton was still in mommy's tummy during their maternity session.

NOW ➡️ He just celebrated his first birthday with the cutest "First Trip Around the Sun" themed cake smash complete with a sunshine cake and the sweetest smiles.☀️☀️☀️

It feels like yesterday we were waiting for his arrival, and now he's already ONE! Watching these little ones grow and being trusted to capture these milestones is truly the best part of what I do.🫶

Last year, Lizette Mendez stepped in front of my camera for one of my rose flower top minis. I remember how beautiful, confident, and strong she was. ✨
One thing that she told me was that she wanted her port visible in the photos. She wasn’t hiding her battle she wore her strength with grace.
That alone said so much about the kind of woman she was.👑
Even while battling cancer, she carried herself with so much love, beauty, and courage. A true superwoman.✨🩷
These photos now mean even more to me. They are a reminder of her strength, her light, and the legacy she leaves behind through her children, family, and everyone lucky enough to know her.
Please keep her loved ones in your prayers during this heartbreaking time. Rest peacefully beautiful girl. 🤍🌹🕊️

A few weeks ago I was approached by the sweetest couple and asked to take a few photos of them..💕

First of all, they made my job so easy because you could instantly feel how much they love each other. The way they looked at one another, laughed together, and simply existed together was so genuine and effortless ✨

But honestly one of my favorite parts was watching their reactions while viewing the photos. The smiles on their faces were the sweetest reminder of why I love what I do so much 🫶🏼

So excited to finally introduce you all to Charlie & Cristy ♥️♥️♥️♥️

These Baby Calf Minis have been more than just photos… They’ve been an experience. Watching the kids light up, giggle, pet the calves, and completely come out of their shell has honestly been the sweetest thing ever ✨
He was SO happy the entire session and moments like this are exactly why I love what I do. These are the memories you’ll want to hold onto forever 🤎

This is the third year that I have photographed the Cinco de Mayo Parade and I still love every moment of it.♥️
It’s about culture, tradition, family, music, community, and generations coming together to celebrate something deeply meaningful to them. From the horses, the vehicles, atvs and the beautiful dresses to the smiles, dancing, laughter, and pride shining through the streets of Dodge City… It’s strangers, neighbors, friends, coming together to celebrate.
