“An Evening With The Joy Formidable”.
I couldn’t believe it when I saw this set announcement, after a 2 year hiatus, they were back. A band on my Mount Rushmore of bands, and I was blessed to shoot photos of them…and in such an intimate and immersive way. Even a stripped down version of their set brought so much life, so much energy, and really showed just how talented JOY is.
Thank you for the experience, and thank you again for signing my daughter’s book. Catch yall on the next time around.

First time shooting 2 nights of shows back to back, and it was with some incredible musicians.

The Squabi fellas really threw down the FUNK, Jmac brought so much ENERGY, and seeing Russ Liquid back on stage was such a BADASS experience. It was a pleasure to meet everyone, and thanks for letting me point my camera at yall!
