I have a thing for red barns....this one is at Peck Farm Park in Geneva,IL which sits on 385 acres of prairie, wetlands and restored natural habitat. It has miles of trails for walking, biking, birding and nature photography and will soon be opening their seasonal butterfly house where the butterflies fly freely around the visitors!

This weekend was a great one for seeing warblers in Door County! The hotspot for me was Weborg Point in Peninsula State Park, especially by the crabapple tree just starting to bloom...take a look now because most of these little fellas are headed farther north for the rest of the summer.
