I love getting to capture newborn sessions for your family. Not only do I want to capture those perfect newborn moments but I want these photos to feel like a memory. To remember that there were legos that lived on the table, that the kids loved being outside, how sweet they were with their baby sister, and how fun it was to be raising these little people. My process allows me to learn these details about your family so you don’t get just a cookie cutter newborn session. Your session can capture what is unique to your family in this season. 🤍🤍

One of my favorite things to do the past couple of years is to take pictures on disposable cameras. It has been so fun taking selfies like the old days or taking these cameras to the beach, mountains, or just my backyard. Yesterday I took pictures of my kids in forts. SO FUN. I like to display mine as a decor piece in this glass box but there are SO MANY OPTIONS. My kids love looking through photos and remembering all the fun. It’s so sweet.

POV: you schedule an At Home session with your favorite people doing things you actually would be doing as a family on a normal summer night.

These are the ordinary memories you don’t want to miss. Digging for worms, getting veggies from the garden, swinging, hugs from mom, running through the water hose. These are actually things we talked about when mom asked for a home session. This is actually what they love to do as a family and we got to make art out of it. What a treasure.
