The unique combination of architecture, nature and horticulture at the magnificent 70-acre Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron will be the setting for a 2-hour Fall Photography Walk on Sunday, October 26, from 2-4 pm. Sugar maple, tulip poplar, tupelo, ash, birch and many shrubs provide a tapestry of fall color photography opportunities in the gardens at Stan Hywet. During more than two decades of photographic explorations I've gained an intimate knowledge of the gardens at Stan Hywet, and we will visit some of these photogenic places during our afternoon photo shoot....

About 5 billion photographs are uploaded to cyberspace each day, most of them taken with smart phones. Smartphone cameras are much easier to use than digital SLR or mirrorless Nikon, Canon, or Sony cameras, which typically have instruction manuals that are hundreds of pages in length....
